  • A yoga mat
  • Two dumbbells (2 kg each)
  • A box/bench (about 30 – 50 cm high)
  • Step (20 – 30 cm high)
*You don’t need the exact equipment. A couch may be a great alternative to a box/bench. Bottles filled with sand can be DIY dumbbells. Get creative!
